2. Account and Subscription

2.1 Accounts are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Login details are sent via email.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payment Policy

3.1 We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies.
3.2 Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to their irreversible nature.
3.3 Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No refunds are provided after account activation.
4.2 A 4-hour free trial is available for testing service quality.
4.3 Refunds may be considered only in cases of prolonged service failure (minimum 72 hours of downtime).

5. Usage Restrictions

5.1 Subscriptions are limited to the number of simultaneous connections specified in your plan.
5.2 The use of VPNs or proxies is permitted and recommended for privacy.
5.3 Any commercial redistribution or resale of our service is strictly forbidden.

6. Service Availability

6.1 We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.
6.2 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
6.3 Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

7. Content Disclaimer

7.1 We do not verify the licensing status of all content available through our service.
7.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with local laws.
7.3 Adult content is available only to subscribers who actively enable this option.

8. Termination Policy
8.1 Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued.
8.2 Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for unused subscription time.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
9.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
